CPR Release Titan 100 Press Release
2020 Best Places to Work!
The Phoenix Business Journal recognized CPR as the 3rd Best Place to Work in Arizona in its large company category (250-999 employees) for 2022. What makes this recognition so special? It’s based entirely on an independent survey, given to employees who answer anonymously, as the results help drive future decisions. We’re proud to say we scored a 99% for trust in the company’s future and 98% for employee engagement. Additionally, 97% of surveyed CPR employees said they’re proud to work here, and 96% said someone at work cares for them as a person. CPR was also recognized as one of Phoenix’s Best Places to Work in 2015 — signaling our longstanding mission to serve not only the Arizona community, but our own employees too!
Proudly Supporting the National Health Services Corps
At CPR, our focus has always been to serve communities by providing them with behavioral health services. We are excited to announce our support of the National Health Services Corps (NHSC), a federal government program that brings healthcare to those with limited access. NHSC has over 9,500 providers, and they naturally align with CPR’s mission. We look forward to serving alongside this program!
All-Hazards IMT Development & Sustainability
CPR is pleased to add valuable support for our Disaster Management Services Division. The addition of Incident Management Team development, sustainability, and support will improve our ability to respond. With over 90 years of combined hands-on experience in Critical Incident Management, ICS, and field response, our team will help your organization prepare for whatever disaster affects your community. CPR’s experts have more than just classroom experience — they’ve used ICS and incident management principles in the real world during catastrophic events. They share this experience using a practical, common-sense approach, and will customize their programs to fit your needs.
CPR and Mesa Fire and Medical Behavioral Health Response
CPR has joined with Mesa Fire & Medical Department (MFMD) to provide a licensed master’s-level behavioral health clinician on a MFMD vehicle. This two-person crew (captain/paramedic and a CPR-licensed counselor) responds to 911 psychiatric and substance abuse calls. The goal? To keep engine companies in services for higher-level calls, reduce the number of unnecessary emergency department visits, reduce costs in transportation and hospital charges, and — most importantly — to get individuals to the appropriate care quickly.
