Drew McSherry, MSEMDT
President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Crisis Preparation and Recovery (CPR), Drew McSherry is committed to advancing behavioral healthcare through servant leadership, operational excellence, and innovation. Since joining CPR in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into one of Arizona's leading behavioral health organizations.
Drew believes exceptional patient care begins with exceptional leadership. Throughout his career, he has focused on building the systems, people, and culture necessary to deliver high-quality behavioral health services at scale.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in CPR's mission: We Exist to Serve. Drew believes the greatest responsibility of a leader is to develop people, remove barriers to their success, and create organizations that continue making a meaningful impact long after any one leader is gone.
Before becoming CEO, Drew served in several executive leadership roles within CPR, including Director of Training, Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy CEO, and Co-Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining CPR, he was an educator, where he developed a passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others realize their potential—principles that continue to shape his leadership today.
Drew holds a Master of Science in Educational Media Design & Technology from Full Sail University, a post-baccalaureate teaching certification from Rio Salado College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Southwestern Adventist University. He is also a member of Vistage Worldwide, where he collaborates with fellow executives to continuously grow as a leader.
In 2026, Drew was recognized as a Phoenix Titan 100 Honoree, recognizing Arizona's top CEOs and C-level executives for exceptional leadership, vision, and impact.

Juliette Beeman, LCSW
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Beeman completed her Master's degree in Social Work at Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She has conducted Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) evaluations in a variety of settings and provided clinical and administrative oversight for CPR's SMI evaluations department for over 10 years.
Driven by the belief that it is both a privilege and a great responsibility to assist individuals experiencing emotional crises, she remains passionate about conducting crisis interventions in hospital settings and previously with children in the custody of the Department of Child Safety. In recent years, she has expanded her work to support first responders and is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), recognizing the unique challenges and stressors faced by those who serve their communities.
Ms. Beeman began her career with Crisis Preparation and Recovery in 2006. As Chief Operations Officer, she designs and implements business operations, establishes policies that promote company culture and vision, and oversees the general operations of the organization.

Glenn Williams
Chief People Officer
Glenn Williams is our Chief People Officer, bringing a wealth of experience from his background as a Fortune 50 leader and dedicated HR professional. At the heart of Glenn’s work is genuine passion for helping people and organizations thrive. He currently oversees our Human Resources, IT and Finance departments, ensuring our workplace is supported, connected, and set up for success. Glenn is an expert in talent development, employee relations, and guiding teams smoothly through change. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from Morehouse College and his graduate degree in Adult Education, Leadership, and Development from Drake University. Always focused on bringing out the best in others, Glenn holds two ICF-accredited coaching certifications to help empower our team every day.

Tracey Oppenheim, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Tracey Oppenheim, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and consultation-liaison (psychosomatic) psychiatry. She serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Crisis Preparation and Recovery (CPR), where she provides medical leadership for innovative behavioral health programs focused on improving access, quality, and continuity of psychiatric care. Dr. Oppenheim earned her medical degree from the University of Michigan, where she also completed her residency in psychiatry and fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry. She is triple board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. (Doximity)
With more than two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Oppenheim has cared for children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, consultation-liaison, telepsychiatry, and community behavioral health settings. Her clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and the treatment of patients with complex medical and psychiatric conditions and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy.
As a physician leader, Dr. Oppenheim is passionate about expanding access to evidence-based mental health care, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and developing innovative models that integrate behavioral health into the broader healthcare system. She believes exceptional psychiatric care begins with listening, collaboration, and treating every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect.
