Tom McSherry, MC<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

President and Founder<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

Mr. McSherry founded Crisis Preparation and Recovery, Inc. in 1995.\u00a0 He has over 30 years of experience in emergency and\u00a0disaster services\u00a0and over 25 years experience in the field of\u00a0critical incident stress management (CISM).\u00a0He also\u00a0served as the Emergency Disaster Services Coordinator for the Western Territory of The Salvation Army for over 8 years.<\/p>\n

He has performed hundreds of CISM interventions for private individuals, emergency service personnel, businesses, and non-profit agencies.\u00a0 He has been involved in managing The Salvation Army\u2019s response and recovery efforts in disasters such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, a typhoon, wild land fires, tornadoes, air and train crashes, the Columbine High School shooting, and September 11th.<\/p>\n

His organization affiliations include: President Emeritus of the\u00a0International Critical Incident Stress Foundation,<\/a>\u00a0a member of American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, Past President of Arizona Emergency Services Association, and a member of the\u00a0Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists.<\/p>\n

He is an adjunct instructor for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He is a trainer of\u00a012 different\u00a0Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) courses\u00a0nationally and internationally, and has worked with emergency response agencies, schools, and hospitals to develop emergency response plans and CISM teams. He\u00a0is also a Master Trainer for the Medic FirstAid training program.<\/p>\n

He holds a Master of Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix and is a trained mediator.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t \t\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Michael Boylan, LCSW<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Executive Chairman<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

Mr. Boylan has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and has his certification with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Michael has been providing crisis intervention services in a multitude of capacities for the past 16 years.\u00a0 He started his career as a crisis counselor serving a diverse population in New York City in a public elementary school.\u00a0 He moved to Arizona in 1994 and began providing services in the County-wide Mental Health Crisis System and later served as Director of Crisis and Referral Services under ValueOptions in 1998 until 2001.\u00a0He began his work with Crisis Preparation and Recovery in 2001 as a crisis counselor and currently provides operational direction and program development to CPR.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t \t\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Drew McSherry, MSEMDT<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Mr. McSherry oversees the day to day operations of all the various lines of service CPR provides.\u00a0 Mr. McSherry joined CPR in 2009 and was most recently the Chief Operating Officer after starting with the company as Director of Training. He received his masters in Educational Media Design and Technology, and previously taught in public education for 8 years as an Advance Placement Economics teacher and varsity baseball coach.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t \t\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Juliette Beeman, LCSW<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Chief Operating Officer<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

Ms. Beeman completed her Master\u2019s degree in Social Work at Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. She has conducted Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) evaluations in a variety of settings and provided clinical and administrative oversight for CPR\u2019s SMI evaluations department for over 10 years. Driven by the belief that it is both a privilege and a great responsibility to assist individuals who are experiencing emotional crisis, she remains passionate about conducting crisis interventions in hospital settings and previously with children in custody of the Department of Child Safety. She began her career with Crisis Preparation and Recovery in 2006. As Chief Operations Officer, she designs and implements business operations, establishes policies that promote company culture and vision, and oversees general operations of the company.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t \t\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Glenn Williams<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Chief Human Resources Officer<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

Mr. Williams has substantial experience as a Fortune 50 leader and HR practitioner. His expertise includes employee relations, talent development, leadership strategy, succession planning, change management, and communication. He earned his graduate degree from Drake University in the field of Adult Education, Leadership, and Development. Mr. Williams has two ICF accredited coaching certifications and is also a trained mediator.<\/p>\n

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Williams will be responsible for leading all areas of human resources as well as supporting leadership and organizational development strategy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t \t\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Dr. Amy Paul, Psy.D<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Chief Clinical Officer<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

Dr. Paul earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Her Internship and Postdoctoral Fellowship training were in the areas of Neuropsychology and Police Psychology. Her career has focused on the training, wellness, and treatment of First Responders. In addition, she is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management, Crisis Negotiations, and is identified as a Specialty Trainer for AZPOST. As the Chief Clinical Officer at CPR, she provides oversight and guidance on the clinical quality and performance of the Outpatient Clinics, the Evaluations Department, SNF Department, and Clinical Development\/Training.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t \t\t\t<\/div>\n\n

Tracey Oppenheim, MD<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Chief Medical Officer<\/h3>\n\t\t\t

Dr.\u00a0Oppenheim M.D. completed her medical school, residency and child fellowship training at the University of Michigan. She is board certified in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and psychosomatic medicine.<\/p>\n

Her clinical interests include psychiatric care of the medically ill and she believes in providing patient-centered care through a multidisciplinary team approach.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t \t\t\t<\/div>\n\n
